The terms that apply when you engage CallFoods or use this website.

Engagements
Each project is governed by a written proposal that sets out scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Work begins once the proposal is accepted and any deposit is paid. Changes to scope are agreed and priced in writing before they are made.
Payment
Invoices are in Australian dollars and are due within 14 days unless the proposal says otherwise. Payments made through this website are processed by Stripe under its own terms. Late payments may pause work until the account is settled.
Ownership
On final payment, you own the deliverables created for your project, including source code and design files. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools and know-how, which you may use within the deliverables without restriction.
Liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
